Few dates to let you know about, previewing the new album, out this summer…

14th March 2010 – 8pm, Hootenanny’s, Inverness. It’s free to get in.
15th March 2010 – 8pm, The Roxy, Edinburgh – This is also free but to get in you need to be on the guestlist, please email bellevuerecords[@]hotmail.co.uk and your name will be added to the list.For those of you not based in Scotland I will be heading south very soon so keep your eyes peeled on the site for news or get on the mailing list or follow me on twitter etc. so I can keep you up to date.

Next week mixing of the album begins…

I see that EMI are selling Abbey Road. In a strange coincidence I am selling my flat, where I recorded my debut album, yet there is no widespread reporting of that fact, yet. It’s probably because my ‘Studio 1′ is a bit smaller, and maybe because I have never had The Beatles over to record either, perhaps that’s what it is. Talking of studios, my new studio, not the one I am selling, is now more untidy that it has ever been before. I will show you a photo tomorrow. I’m not proud of it, I just wonder how it got to be that way. Maybe I need a storage solution or something. That must be it.
